We are not looking for a quick sale, we want to have a long term relationship that will help you to help your business continue to grow well into the future.

High-Definition Plasma uses the same process as normal plasma, where an ionised, gas-like substance generated by using either compressed air or gas (e.g. Oxygen, Nitrogen or Argon) that is subjected to intense heat that is then pressurised into a plasma, cutting via melting the metal instead of mechanically cutting it.

The main diffrence lays in increasing the energy density of the plasma flow. This results in the dross on the bottom edge being minimised and the kerf width narrowing, giving you a cleaner and more precise cut with holes cut with virtually no taper!

Achieves clean, precise edges a more basic CNC plasma table simply can’t

Able to cut quicker – and is more efficient on non-linear cuts.

Excels in cutting steel and non-ferrous metals, and more.

Specifically built and refined for increased durability and long-lasting consistency, capable of supporting a longer consumable life

Make it easy to complete mid-to-large-scale projects without having to perform manual cuts or excessive workpiece resets.

Reduce the sound level by up to 15 dB (A) during plasma cutting of material between 4 and 30 mm.

3 year warranty*

Backed by one of the most robust warranties in the industry. Never worry about quality or back up support.

The high energy density and flow velocity during high-definition plasma cutting can be quite loud with the sound level reaching more than 100 dB(A) depending on the cutting job.

Silent Cut provides a solution to reduce the noise exposure significantly. Effectivly reducing the sound level by up to 15 dB (A) during plasma cutting of mild steels with a material thickness between 4 and 30 mm in the current range from 60 to maximum 170 A.

Thats a reduction of around 15 decibels, to the human ear that has halved the sound, making it only slightly louder than traffic!

Silent Cut is a standard on all MACRO™ High-Definition Plasma CNC solutions, keeping tyhe health and safety of your employees ffirst!

This patented technology really sets MACRO's solutions out from the pack!

Cut faster - up to 50% faster, proven via extensive testing - with incredible precision when cutting small contours, narrow bars and holes with an outstanding 1:1 diameter to thickness ratio.

Get perfect smooth finishes on surfaces with sharp clean edges (no dross to see here!).

Best of all it drastically reduces the finishing process, that will save you both time and money!

All factory standard with our High-Definition Plasma CNC range and completly built in so no additional machinery or hidden costs.

Specially designed cathodes optimise the production process. This cutting edge technology is currently registered for patents to protect its unique design and functionaliaty.

This technology significantly increases the life of the cathode.

The result is a much brighter metalic cut surface, narrower kerfs and significantly less dross.

Best suited for plasma cutting of stainless-steel and Aluminium from 1 to 160mm.

Most frequently asked questions
Dependant on the machine you go with, you can cut up to 160mm via edge start and pierce up to 80mm with super clean results.

Pretty much any conductive metal such as, Mild-Steel, Aluminium, Stainless-Steel, Brass & more!

It can also cut corrugated sheet and mesh!

All of our high-definition machines use three phase power.

Yes, all our plasma CNC machines can cut underwater, and provides a cleaner cut.

This is a good option to look at is you cut a lot of Stainless-Steel and can also prevent warping on certain materials.

All our High-Definition plasma CNC machines use a microsoft based operating system. Making it super intuitive and simple to use.

Our machines are supplied with a massive 22" Logitech  interactive touchscreen monitor, keyboard & mouse.

Not to worry - While we do stock a range of 'off the shelf' solutions ranging from 1.2m to 6m, we also offer fully customisable solutions to suit you, your business, and your workshop space, having recently just produced a 30m long machine for a client!

Just get in touch with us to discuss your needs with one of our CNC Solutions Engineers and we will have you up and cutting with a solution specially designed for you in no time!

Most definitely not! We have manufacturing facilities right across the globe (Europe, USA & the APAC region) to enure we deliver the very latest in innovation & technology to the Australian market.

We have a dedicated team of R&D specialists who are continuously looking into new technologies and efficiencies to improve our products and provide the 'MACRO' difference in technology and reliability to our customers.

We have engineers on the ground (in all of our global facilities) who stringently monitor quality control, ensuring that we are continuing to produce only the highest quality machinery and componentry for the Australian market.

Our 360-degree quality assurance systems give our customers 110% confidence and peace of mind on the quality of our machines.

We put our money where our mouth is and back all our tables with an industry standard 3-year warranty on our tables.

Our range of MACRO plasma cutters are backed with an industry leading 5-year warranty!

These warranties are all standard to give you peace of mind, with no additional hidden costs.

Our entire CNC plasma range uses exclusively waterbeds as a fume extraction method.

The use of waterbeds for fume control are highly effective in trapping the fume, they are also much cheaper to run in two ways; one- there are no fans constantly running so no massive power bills, and two - Lower upfront costs as there is not a massive amount of additional machinery and infrastructure required.

Will it rust out?

Some other companies try and scare tactic you into buying larger equipment you don’t need so they can turn a bigger profit by saying water tables will rust.

Truth is, if you look after your table and use the recommended additives, your table will never let you down, and our team can give you a full run down of this.

This argument is a bit like saying, going to go to a dentist daily is your only way to prevent cavities - it’s expensive and unnecessary as we all know if you brush & floss daily and have good oral hygiene you will be just fine. 🦷👌🏻

Yes, they can mark & scribe materials as well as cut, in fact all of our high-definition machines come standard with the scriber accessory.

This is very dependent on the solution you choose.

As our Plasma CNC Solutions are customised specifically for you and your business our range starts at around $160,000 + GST.
