WHAT IS HIGH-DEFINITION PLASMA CUTTING?
The main diffrence lays in increasing the energy density of the plasma flow. This results in the dross on the bottom edge being minimised and the kerf width narrowing, giving you a cleaner and more precise cut with holes cut with virtually no taper!

SILENT CUT
The high energy density and flow velocity during high-definition plasma cutting can be quite loud with the sound level reaching more than 100 dB(A) depending on the cutting job.
Silent Cut provides a solution to reduce the noise exposure significantly. Effectivly reducing the sound level by up to 15 dB (A) during plasma cutting of mild steels with a material thickness between 4 and 30 mm in the current range from 60 to maximum 170 A.
Thats a reduction of around 15 decibels, to the human ear that has halved the sound, making it only slightly louder than traffic!

Specially designed cathodes optimise the production process. This cutting edge technology is currently registered for patents to protect its unique design and functionaliaty.

The result is a much brighter metalic cut surface, narrower kerfs and significantly less dross.
Best suited for plasma cutting of stainless-steel and Aluminium from 1 to 160mm.

Yes, all our plasma CNC machines can cut underwater, and provides a cleaner cut.
This is a good option to look at is you cut a lot of Stainless-Steel and can also prevent warping on certain materials.
All our High-Definition plasma CNC machines use a microsoft based operating system. Making it super intuitive and simple to use.
Our machines are supplied with a massive 22" Logitech interactive touchscreen monitor, keyboard & mouse.

Our entire CNC plasma range uses exclusively waterbeds as a fume extraction method.
The use of waterbeds for fume control are highly effective in trapping the fume, they are also much cheaper to run in two ways; one- there are no fans constantly running so no massive power bills, and two - Lower upfront costs as there is not a massive amount of additional machinery and infrastructure required.
Will it rust out?
Some other companies try and scare tactic you into buying larger equipment you don’t need so they can turn a bigger profit by saying water tables will rust.
Truth is, if you look after your table and use the recommended additives, your table will never let you down, and our team can give you a full run down of this.
This argument is a bit like saying, going to go to a dentist daily is your only way to prevent cavities - it’s expensive and unnecessary as we all know if you brush & floss daily and have good oral hygiene you will be just fine. 🦷👌🏻
