AUTOMATIC CHANGE-OVER TABLE
The ultimate in solution to increasing your efficiencies even further!
It is exactly as it sounds, an automated table that changes over according to your programming.
Why is it great? Well while one sheet is in and cutting, you can be removing the cut pieces on the bed that has just been cut and pop in another sheet giving you continuous cutting - no down time in between cuts.
ZONED DOWN DRAFT TABLE
Down draft tables are used an effective method for fume collection and removal.
The concept of a zoned downdraft table is simple, the material is cut while sitting on top of the table, and a blower sucks the fume out of the enclosed table, each 'zone' has its own duct that pulls the fume from that specific area.
A door opens & closes so that fumes can only be pulled from 1-2 zones at a time, this drastically reduces the size of the blower unit required, as it is only suctioning from 2 zones at any one time rather than the entire bed, saving you money on larger unscary upfront machinery and energy costs in the long run.
HIGH QUALITY ALUMINUIM GANTRY
The machine gantry is made of high pressure drawn aluminium with a with an enhanced high-strength design.
Due to being incredibly light weight, this contributes to the machine’s acceleration speeds and nimbleness - giving you quicker production times.
FAQ
It is good to note that Fibre Lasers have a five times greater power density when compared to their CO2 laser counterparts. A 2kW Fibre Laser will easily cut the same / better than a 4kW CO2 laser.
Mild-Steel:
Cut up to 30mm, between 0.5mm - 22mm dross free.
Stainless-Steel:
